Whenever I visit, I love staying at this hotel! The staff is so helpful, they even printed out important documents for me once. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. Coming back for Easter!

The location was very close to all the main attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Plus, the secure parking on site gave me peace of mind. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty food.

There was very little to dislike about my stay at this hotel. The only downside was that the shower head in my room had a split and was losing water from the head.

While the hotel provided coffee mate, it was not pleasing to the taste of tea drinkers. the shower head needed repair, but when reported, the owners were very responsive and appreciative.

The rooms at Black Iris Hotel II were fantastic! They were air-conditioned, which was such a relief in the hot weather. The rooms also had a desk, fridge, and a flat-screen TV, making our stay very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were also provided, which was a nice touch.

Personally, I didn't find the bidet in the private bathroom necessary. But I understand that some guests might appreciate this feature.
